Agents

How do I upload all of my contacts?
During onboarding Symba gives you the option to sync all of the contacts instantly from your phone. Anytime you add new contacts re-sync and they will be added to your Symba account. You can also manually add contacts.
Can I create bookkeeping transaction rules?
Yes! When you navigate to a banking transaction’s details, there is an option to make it an automation rule. Next time that transaction hits your bank account, it will follow the rule you set.
What forms does Symba create to handoff to my CPA?
We automatically fill out your Schedule-C to help you file your own taxes or file with a CPA. We also allow you to export an itemized list of expenses.
Does Symba offer CPA services?
Yes! As a premium option we offer a CPA service exclusively for real estate agents. Learn more here: https://www.getsymba.com/tax
How does Symba protect my bank and credit/debit card information?
Symba never stores your banking credentials. We use Plaid, a 3rd party service, to securely authenticate directly with your bank. We do not store any account or routing numbers in our system, only transaction data. All data is encrypted. You can learn more in the Plaid privacy policy https://plaid.com/legal/#end-user-privacy-policy

Teams

Do all the agents on my team get access to the mobile app?
You can easily invite them from your user management portal. When invited, they will be prompted to download the app and create an account.
How many admins are allowed on an account?
As many as you want! They do count towards your users and could change your pricing depending on which plan you have and number of users.
Can I upload my teams deals using a CSV?
Yes! We make it easy to upload your deals using a CSV template. We’re happy to help as much as you need us to with that process.
Do I get access to my agent's financial or contacts data?
No. You do not have access to your agents financial health data and you only see your agents' contacts that are associated with deals.
