The Symba team is extremely excited to announce that Jay Pitts will be joining our advisory board! As we continue to work toward our mission of empowering real estate agents into the future with mobile-first technology, Jay will provide valuable feedback, connections, and insights that will keep us on track to execute that mission.
Jay brings over a decade worth of experience in residential real estate sales and has grown his team in Louisville, Kentucky to be a top 30 Remax team in the country. On top of selling over 3,500 homes in his career, he also owns a mortgage company giving him a deep understanding of the real estate transaction process. Because of Jay’s experience and success, agents from around the country turn to him for mentoring and insights into how he achieved his success.
Jay attributes a portion of his success to being adaptable and having his finger on the pulse of the ever-changing real estate market. While selling real estate is largely a human business, adapting to new technology has played a big role in his success over the years. He has consistently been an early adopter of several emerging technologies and programs that have given him the ability to see the future and put him in powerful circles within the space. We plan to leverage Jay’s foresight into what the future looks like for real estate to inform Symba’s product roadmap and overall strategy.
Throughout the life of Symba, Jay has been involved and providing feedback. Jay says, "The problem for real estate agents is that success has a way of consuming you. The Symba team plans to continue building out an advisory board and we’re proud to have Jay as the first member.
